Backtagging: Always, just ask me to get back to you if I don't in 48 hours!
Threadhopping: Yes to canonmates or close CR. Ask if you're not sure.
Fourthwalling: Ask please. I don't mind, but I'd prefer to leave the decision to the players of the Buffy cast as a whole. And if perfectly okay then, please let's not fourth wall too much on the family drama stuff.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Mentions of blood, guts, or sex? All perfectly non-offensive subjects. And I can deal with reading and occasionally playing this stuff out in tags as well, but everything else a level up from that we probably need to discuss. See I don't really want to play out these things in too much detail. And Dawn is only fifteen so she while she's old enough to know or deal with these things, she's hardly old enough to actually see excessive amounts much of it either. So while not offensive, let's not do the really bloody, brutal massacre levels of RP. Anything else? Not really sure if I get offended easily, but please ask if you do feel like you should with what's on mind.

Kissing: Sure. But it's levels of awkward or some other reaction with her. It'll differ.
Flirting: Same as above.
Fighting: Yes.
Injuring: Just ask first.
Killing: If perhaps it works it way out plot-wise in the future.
Telepathy/mind reading/other abilities: I'm all for it as long as we talk about the degree in which it affects her and we stick to the short term.
